The Team Toyo Retail Sales Professional program contains up-to-date, useful information on sales techniques, general tire knowledge, new Toyo products and Toyo publications. Packed in the kit is the new Toyo Product Data Book and Fitment Guide. All are resources that will help guide you through the selling process. The kit, which contains an incredible amount of fitment and plus-sizing information for nearly every vehicle in North America, is easy to photocopy for your entire staff.

(Remember to re-certify yourself or any new employee that has not taken the most current retail certification edition since the updates are yearly.  The newest study packs are packaged individually and contain the latest product data books and other materials needed for effective selling of the Toyo product.  Don’t forget, when you pass the test for certification, you receive a rebate certificate on a future purchase of qualifying tires.)

Commercial Certification Program

The Team Toyo Commercial Certification Program is designed to advance your knowledge of Toyo products and selling skills to the commercial customer. It covers a wide array of topics, including truck and bus tire construction, Toyo medium- and heavy-duty radials and their proper application, salesmanship and Toyo technologies. Like the Retail program, the Commercial program is packaged in individual study packs.  It enables self-study or can accommodate group study with presentation by Toyo Sales personnel.
